WebTexas Government Code, §2308.3155 requires all CCS child care and early learning programs be included in the Texas Rising Star program at an Entry Level designation and requires TWC to establish a maximum length of time (24-months) that a child care and early learning program can participate at Entry Level designation. WebCCS approves health care services to treat the child or youth's CCS eligible medical condition. A copy of the approval is mailed to the child or youth’s home. The family/ client can then make an appointment to get the approved care. You can call CCS anytime at 408-793-6200 to find out the status of your request.
