WebThis is not typical chest pain like what I've experienced before. It's not sudden or noticable when I'm not moving, nor does it cause any breathing issues. This started about 2 months ago with my sternum for seemingly no reason. At first it was on and off and there was no back pain involved. Very occasionally I could pop my sternum and get relief.
