The speed and ash of war for that weapon makes it so that it can proc blood loss very quickly. Instead of nerfing, why not instead buff other weapons so they can proc a status effect as quickly as rivers of blood. Bad idea, Rivers should be nerfed rather than breaking everything. dwo football
