WebOkay on another machine i reinstalled Windows AIK, installed the supplementry package, cereated the winpe_amd64 folders copied winpe.wim and created the \ISO\ folders etc. I my first dism command to mount the winpe image and it stalled again on 3% and hanged the cmd gui. Here is the dism log.
