WebI’m 3-weeks old in Dreams and I am truly enjoying it that I’ve stopped playing Royals entirely. Only downside - I dislike how bossing with my stronger friends requires sacrificing of huge amount of exp (Dreams’ exp scales with damage output). Other than that, I am satisfied with what the server has to offer.

WebDreamMS is v83, so it'll also be considered "old school". Classwise, v83 has both Cygnus and Arans. v92 has dual blades and evans as well. EXP wise, both servers have the same rates. Neither server has HP washing. It comes down to whether you prefer a decent population over a small group of people playing.

That said royals is way too easy, crippled from RWT and inflated garbage, anything you achieve is completely meaningless.
