Seems to be the standard for Perfecta. I have had very good results with WCC Winchester military once fired but haven't seen the new WMA Win.

In my 38 special brass pile, CBC is the best of the best for reloading the .38spl, it is very thick and hard to work with as far as flaring mouths, so sometimes I will do batches with just CBC to get consistency, but overall I like CBC, for .38 anyways.
