Performed my normal PA routine manually and fine tuned with SharpCap. I did not perform any sort of plate solve at the NCP position. As has been my standard practice since last summer when I started using NINA and plate solving, I did not perform a multi-point alignment.

Goto using the Losmandy HC, the ASTAP plate-solving works as expected but after I do a meridian flip or change the side of pier using the HC ASTAP plate solving is always ~30 arc-seconds off.
