If your child does not have Medicaid, then the CCO can help you to apply. Medicaid pays for most OPWDD services and supports. WebCare Managers must check with OPWDD to ensure an individual is not receiving Care Management from OPWDD before they can be outreached or enrolled in the Health Home Program.
