The scope of work for this project was described in the Golder Proposal # P2-1121-0156E and dated February 13, 2013. WebExp understands this Phase I ESA will be used for in support of the City of Ottawa Site Plan Approval permitting requirements. 1.2 Phase I Property Information The site is located at 1420 Earl Armstrong Road at the southeast corner of Earl Armstrong Road and Limebank Road in Ottawa, as shown on Figure 1 (Appendix B).
