Webb17 apr. 2009 · The Stanford CDSMP is one of the most widely used patient self-management model in the world (Lorig, Sobel, Ritter, Laurent, & Hobbs, 2001). The program is a 6-week, peer-led program taught by two peer leaders to a group of 12 to 15 people and is based on the self-efficacy theory developed by Albert Bandura (1986) .
